Job Description
The Junior Business Systems Analyst supports the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the corporate-wide business systems and their users. Those systems include SalesForce.Com, NetSuite, JIRA and others.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Perform applications and day-to-day user support.
  • Keep updates on changes to business applications with regard to updates, upgrades and service patches as needed.
  • Work with the user community for creation and implementation of custom functionality and effective use of business applications.
  • Enhance the document policy and procedures.
 
Experience:
  • SalesForce administration experience, 1-2 years.
  • Hands on SalesForce Apex, Trigger, Visualforce experience
  • Salesforce Admin and/or Developer Certification preferred.
  • NetSuite administration experience desirable.
  • SQL and Java script programming experience.
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and organizational skills.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience desired.
