Is it possible to create a trigger or something to calculate the duration of an opportunity AFTER it hits a certain stage up until it is closed?
So I have a stage called "Proposal Mailed"....when an Opportunity hits that stage, I want this to start counting days (kind of like Stage Duration). But after that stage gets upgraded, unlike Stage Duration, I need it to keep calculating all the way up until the opportunity is closed won/lost.
How do you run a query using the Connector where a field equals null? I feel like I've tried every keyword I can think of and I keep getting no results or an error...
I want to pull in data where the Mailing Country on a contact is blank/null.
