I am seeking Salesforce.com functional implimentation consultant (contractor) to fill a part-time opportunity initially lasting 3 months. The Salesforce.com functional consultant will report to a business consultant responsible for the design and implementation of the Marketing and Sales modules of Saleforce.com

 

Responsibilities include:

 

• Design the ‘To-Be’ sales process
• Gap identification between ‘To-Be’ sales processes and key capabilities within Salesforce
• Design, develop, document requirements to meet To Be sales processes within Salesforce
• Configure a prototype environment to meet business requirements
• Create and execute quality assurance and user acceptance tests
• Assist in design and creation custom reports and dashboards
• Suggest and employ Salesforce.com implementation best practices
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Communicate effectively with business consultant and key stakeholders

 

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ years implementation experience with Salesforce.com
• 8+ SFA Salesforce.com implementations
• Formal training in Project Management or Business Process Management is a plus.
