I am trying to install the Force.com IDE as a plug-in into Eclipse 3.6. When I follow the instructions to Install New Software for the IDE I get the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Force.com IDE 20.0.0.201010190848 (com.salesforce.ide.feature.feature.group 20.0.0.201010190848)

I am running Vista which is not listed as supported. Is that my problem. I would rather not upgrade my OS if possible.

SOSL does not seem to be able to search picklist fields. Is this correct?
