Does Salesforce have a plan for a project piece that will integrate in?  We are presently using Basecamp but there is no integration and we are bouncing from one platform to the other.  Once we sell them, we have to make sure the service gets preformed and completed.

Is there a way to track email activity inside Salesforce.  I want to be able to see a list of clients that were contacted by email, by my sales staff.  For example:  Sue sent out 10 emails today and here are the clients that she emailed.
