Has anyone done dynamic approval routing based on a custom field on a record instead of using the User's approver? 

This problem is only for some classes!! Is this anyway related to size of a class??..

And I was able to see line by line code coverage for some classes ..Any one facing the similar issues??

In devloper consloe after runing the test class and opening that test class..There is a drop down menu just below the class name saying code coverage which shows test methods corresponding to the class.And here i dont see overall code coverage for some classes..
