Looking for the ability to update up to around 10,000 to 15,000 fields at a time.  Will this be possible via the excel connector?

Does this tool work via the Partner Portal?

Is there a way to allow partners access to mass update only part of an object's fields?  i.e. limit the partner's ability to only update a few fields and restrict their ability to change anything else?

Looking for a robust solution to allow multiple partners to do "mass data entry"...

Any pointers would be welcome.
