Job Description:

- 3+ years experience with programming/customizing Salesforce.com - preferred
- B2B Sales Force Automation and B2C CRM business processes experience
- You have worked with one or more of the following tools: Force.com developer toolkit – Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool and RightNow Connect
- You are a Salesforce.com certified Force.com Developer
- 5+ years I.T. experience, working knowledge of SDLC 
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including:
- Technical requirements/specification writing, issue identification
- Test plan organization and documentation
- Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skill

-3-5+ years experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - Must exhibit ability to comprehend complex processes and communicate technical workflow and process clearly to multiple audiences. Must be able to convey potential cross-system risks and impacts to other IT leaders in a clear/concise manner - Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast paced environment; anticipate resistance to changes with adept and demonstrated knowledge of conflict resolution - Comfortable bringing teams together to discuss technical requirements/problem resolution - Experience working with/managing 3rd vendors supporting hosted environments - preferred - Self-starter, able to set own timelines that mesh into the overall schedule for on-time delivery - Must be comfortable in raising risks to management - You are focus on being solution oriented; have a positive attitude despite challenges - You enjoy working as part of a team, not solely as an individual contributor - Demonstrated history flexing your work time, pushing hard to meet group goals - You have a passion for tackling complex problems in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
