When I go to the force.com start page in Eclipse, there is the winter 11 logo on the top of the page. I clicked check for updates and it said there was none?

I also tried a mnaual install but I cant see to upgrade from api version 20.0

I am trying to use some vf charts that I need winter 12 for but I cant find a way to update any ideas?
