Hi guys, please advise me on the integration capabilities of the different editions of Salesforce CRM . I need integrate Salesforce CRM with the external app (external MS SQL db). Mostly it will be read and write operations. Can I use Group and Professional editions? Thanks a lot!

Hello,

 

I am getting connected to my sandbox to extract data from the sandbox. I was able to connect to it, But when i try to look at the objects it's showing nothing only bank window.

 

URL i used is

https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/18.0

 

Please let me know what could be the issue as it is not populating the objects and data from sandbox.

Looking for information on how to setup the mechanism to pull/decrypt and load in Salesforce objects encrypted CSV files containing customers information and hosted on SFTP server. 

 

Would be glad to receive suggections on recommended procedures, tools and best practices.
