INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out.

We have a deal registration page written several years ago that recently has begun to issue the following error result:

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out.
