Does anyone know how to make the lead owner field required to be changed when a stage changes?  We have our leads come in as Web Leads and when the user changes the stage out of Call Campaign to anything else I need to make sure they change the owner to them.  They are hidding behind their work and I need to force this habit.

Does anyone know if it is possible to split the Account name field into two fields.  One for first name and one for last name.  I need to find a way to assign oppourtunities to certain users based on the customers last name.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to remove the option for users to be able to delete their tasks?  I already have the tasks locked down to not allow them to edit closed tasks but they figured out how to delete them and just make a new one saying what they want it to say.
