How to insert record using http request?

I want to create account or oppty from one salesforce account to another using apex class.

I want to know the javascript code to share my record from one sf account to another.

I have created connection between two sf accounts.

When i click a button say Share, it should share the record to my another sf account.

I know very well about 'Forward Account' or 'Forward Oppty' in related list.

I want the share button to be in my page layout itself.

Can any1 help me to solve this error.

How to insert record using http request?

I've two salesforce accounts(i.e say A & B), with two different email id's. When i send Connection invite from A to B, B is receiving the Email, But when i send it from B, A is not receiving any invites. Note: B has not accepted the invite sent by  A.

All the settings remain same in both the accounts, when i checked.

I've tested the deliverability also. A is getting 52 test emails, but B is getting 51 test emails.

Please suggest me the way to proceed or please let me know in case any other specific settings need to be checked..

I have the qurey also can anybody send me the webservice class how it look like.

My query is SELECT Id,Name,LastModifiedDate  FROM Contact  WHERE LastModifiedDate = TODAY
