Bug Tracking and Quality Assurance - Generate automated email to PM when a Bug / FR is entered

Good Morning,

 

We recently installed Bug Tracking and Quality Assurance through AppExchange.

Is it possible to automate an email whenever a new Bug or Feature Request is entered?
