Hi, I have been working for the last 3 days on a couple of trigger and test classes in the Sandbox. Which I got 100% and was working all fine in Sandbox. Now when I move it too production it doesn't work.  I did a refresh of the sandbox before moving it so the fields / val rules are the same.  I have turned on the debug logs (I am no expert) but can not even see them firing.  I tried to edit the code in sandbox by just removing white space in case thats why it wasn't working and now it is isn't working in the sandbox either.  Even when I put the original code back.  Can any help?   trigger cloneElecAMsignOff on Electricity_Meter__c (before update) {      List<Electricity_Meter__c> myList = new List<Electricity_Meter__c>(); I am in the process of trying to write a test method for a VF controller. From what I have understood, I have to incorporate the test code in the actual controller. When I try I keep getting bracket errors etc. 

Can anyone send me an example of how the code of controller with a test looks?

One of the more common requests I've seen on these boards is the ability to sort dataTables. The options usually consist of:

1) Requery the data by changing the order by part of the SOQL statement

2) Use a javascript library

3) Build your own sorting logic with Apex.

Wouldn't it be great if the sort() method for Lists could sort collections of sObjects instead of only primative data types? Of course! So I set out to create exactly this. A truly dynamic sort method that can take a List of nearly any object, custom or standard, and sort by the field you determine. I was able to successfully build this and now it is very easy to sort dataTables (or pageBlockTables).
