How can i use the ant tool to extract reports and dashboards from SFDC. Ant is installed on my system

I want to integrate SFDC with oracle middleware server.

The object in sfdc are leads and opportunities.

Can i how how to write a web service class and generate a wsdl file ?

Can i know how to integrate with the middleware server?
