Requirement

• 4-plus years of Salesforce.com technical experience, preferably in business and technology consulting.
• Experience in leading a team of highly technical resources.
• Experience with Salesforce.com platform architecture, design considerations and constraints
• Extensive experience with the Salesforce.com development lifecycle, application design patterns, integration patters and deployment planning
• Experience with Salesforce.com platform security features and in developing appropriate security solutions
• Experience configuring Salesforce.com.
• Extensive experience with APEX and Visualforce in developing applications on the Force.com platform.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce.com AppExchange.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Client Facing / Business Relationship Management role

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management with delivery accountability

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with business analysis & requirements gathering, writing and managing use cases and functional/technical requirements creation

• Minimum of 3 years’ implementation experience with Media/Entertainment CRM systems

•Integration (ETL & Data) and Data Management

• Sales cloud experience a must (Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, RSVP, Analytics and etc.)

•Minimum of 3 years’ of full systems development lifecycle experience creating enterprise or commercial technology solutions using disciplined methodologies (RUP, DFSS, etc)

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing application development teams using diverse technologies including .NET, J2EE, VisualForce and etc

•Bachelor’s degree in technical and/or process focused discipline (Management Info Systems, Comp Science Engineering, etc)
