My org is enabled with state and country picklist the problem is when i am trying to create a new company report it is taking the old state and country fields (text fields) i want to have new fields (picklist) what i have to do ?

i have 3 objects 1,2,3

 

1 is a master of 2 and 2 is a master of 3

 

i can not find object 3 in the report types

this is the formula i am using in a custom object . and i am creating a rollupsummary in the master object there i want ro specify a criteria that is based on the above formula but i cant find that formula field . What could be  the problem ?
