Opportunity
The consultant acts a business analyst on a project team responsible for the implementation of Salesforce.com at various clients, including identifying application requirements, functional design, configuration and testing.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Conducts requirements and solution design workshops
Authors functional design and configuration specification deliverables based on clients' business requirements
Works independently to configure salesforce.com application
Advises and guides client towards best practices in application configuration, workflow, customizations and data validation
Advises and guides client towards best practices for salesforce.com user setup including roles, profiles, security model, permissions and groups
Develops project-specific training material
Conducts Train-the-trainer sessions
Creates and executes Functional Test Scripts
Supports User Acceptance Testing
Requirements
Applicable B.S. or equivalent.
3+ years of demonstrated consulting or industry experience in full lifecycle software implementation
Demonstrated CRM experience within one or more industries
Force.com Developer Certification (or within 3 months of hire)
Well versed in project delivery concepts and methodologies
Experience leading teams and working under limited supervision
Ability to facilitate client meetings and demonstrate a strategic understanding of business needs
Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
