I am trying to login to Apex data loader, I have changed my seeting to test.salesforce.com and I have even added my IP address to network access however, I am not able to login to data loader.

I tried to find Reset my Security Token but it is not available in My Personal Information. 

Please help me out if you know any different way..!

I am trying to import some data into salesforce but I am not able to login into data loader. When I am trying to login below error is popping:

Failed to send request to https://test.salesforce.com/Services/Soap/u/27.0

I have a custom field which I need to delete and it is also a required field which is used in apex class and visualforce page. I dnt need that feld anymore.. is there a way I  can delete a field or make that field which is not a required field.
