How can we add members to territirory through data loader.?

i am able to add new territory through data loader..but how can we add users to that territory.??

is there any colums to add in CSV .??

what is the Major diff b/w Gold partner and silver partner Users. why Gold partner have access for Opportunitys,Documents  , cases, solutions tabs.?

Silver partner dont have permissions on these tabs.? can any one tell me the clear view of Gold partner and Silver Parner

i want to auto populate date field value in to these 3 fields by date,month, year
