i wrote a code , where i am sending email to customer

the email displays currency field as a number for ex: i have currency of  RS2,33,500, in the email it displays as 233500

below is the line from code which i used

string.htmlbody(The '+x.value+ ' for month)

When I am trying to display the NotesAndAttachments on the visualforce page i am getting the above error

I have used the following tag to display NotesAndAttachments on the page. Kindly do needfull asap.
