HI plz help for dis..............To hide “Cancelled” agreements from standard agreement search???

Business requested to hide “Cancelled” records  from standard record search. When users search for records in Salesforce, system shows all records  which meet search criteria. (like process, requested, in effect, records ..... all showes me but...... i want all records  except cancelled records......)
 except “Cancelled....how can i acheave dis can any one help me plz

i have one object called AGREEMENT  with in this object having 2 fields called..agrement start date,agrement end date ...and i have one pik lish called agrement status ...if i give  expire date(i means yesterday date) pik list still in inefect mode ..but i want to change piklist status in effect to  EXPIRE.. how can i go through dis can any one help me plz

HI ...sfdc gems

While am creating sandbox i given one name only name it shoews me a error msg like dis  "sandbox name must give alphanumaric " but after i edioted that name ..i give only only name no numaric its didnt show any error its saved 

 

sandbox  name is alphanumaric r watever plz let me know
