hundreds of STATEMENT_EXECUTE events- debug set to error

Hey I get hundreds of STATEMENT_EXECUTE events in my debug logs but my debug level is is to WARN or none.  They should only appear when set to finest.  Is this what everyone else is seeing?

Error: Failed to parse wsdl: Unsupported Schema element found -- attribute.

According to the SF documentation attributes are supported  in when generating classes from wsdl schemas.    Anyone know attributes generate errors on
