I want to capture Approval history comments in the master object field for reporting purpose.

In contact two fields are there one is mobile and another is phone 

i need to avoid duplicate values in the both fields

ex :let us take in first record i enter moblie=909090 and  phone=808080

when i am entering second record mobile=808080 and phone=909090(here i want through an error that moile number or phone  is already exhists with another record)

when i am writing javascript code in custom button it was saving correctly and code was correct.

but problem is when i am clicking on that particular button
 i am getting

A problem with the OnClick JavaScript for this button or link was encountered:  syntax error

please let me know

We created a managed-beta package and it worked.

We then deleted the package, but failed to recreate one, only unmanaged package is allowed.

Is it designed like this? It does not allow you to create a new managed package even after previous one has been deleted.

How could we get around of this?
