Salesforce Administrative Business Analyst

Northsight Management, LLC has an immediate opening for a Salesforce Administrative Business Analyst responsible for supporting the continued improvement of our Salesforce system by working closely with various business teams to understand requirements and processes, then work with our developers to create functional operational support in Salesforce. A successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         - Serve as primary system administrator for our Salesforce.com system, including managing workflows, data redundancy, profiles & security.

·         - Perform administrative tasks related to overall reporting and business intelligence.

·        - Analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems; then provide logical solutions in Salesforce(i.e. identify, recommend and resolve).

·        - Effectively act as the liaison between business teams and internal developers; working with staff to improve processes and develop documented solutions, then facilitate the translation of business requirements into working code.

·        - Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.  Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

·        - Anticipate system growth and efficiency opportunities.

·        - Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.



Qualifications:

·        -BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

·        - Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification a plus.

·        - Experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis with a proven track record of delivering solutions using Salesforce.

·        - Salesforce administration knowledge, including;  workflow rules, approval processes, roles, profiles, validation rules, page layouts, custom object/field creation, apex data loader, Salesforce user setup,  reports & dashboards, sharing rules, home page components, data cleansing operation, 3rd party system integrations.

·         - Must be proficient in technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and can proactively monitor the system configuration and controls in Salesforce.

·        - Must possess a process-oriented mindset and ability to break down complex business issues into actionable deliverables and own them end to end.

·        - Ability to communicate effectively with employees and senior management.
