Since I downloaded and installed the Maildrop application into my Entourage, I have been unable to sync my Entourage with my Treo (it takes forever and then fails). I get the following error in my Hotsync Manager log:

The handheld is out of internal memory synchronization failed
Entourage Conduit synchronization failed
“Entourage Conduit” failed (error = #16404)

I am not sure if the Entourage conduit now tries to sync all salesforce contacts (which would lead quickly to a memory overload), or if there is another problem. Syncing with my Treo is very important to me, so any thoughts on how to fix this problem (including uninstalling Maildrop until a new version comes out) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Andy
