The Salesforce.com Business Application Administrator (BAM) will manage and oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, Salesforce.com for our global financial services firm. Responsibilities will be both strategic and tactical. 
A major priority will be the coordination and communication of departmental reporting as it relates to performance and productivity metrics. This person will provide training, administrative, analytical and operational support to internal clients. The role will also include application configuration expertise as our companies business grows and changes.

Responsibilities:
*Provide training and support - both to new and existing database licensees across the department
*Create and sustain training and other standard operating procedure documentation and aids for utilization and best practices.
*Maintain data integrity on a consistent level to mine and target strategic areas of interest and other data management responsibilities
*Have mastery of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures
*Provide leadership in maximizing the capabilities and functionality of the system to improve end user adoption; make recommendations on incorporating Salesforce.com enhancements on a regular basis
*Act as a single point of contact for questions that are specific to the application
*Develop and distribute via the application sales reports to provide valuable insight to business leaders across the department
*Recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes
*Develop ongoing requirements/design system architecture to support strategy
*Maintain awareness of all new products, features and upgrades to the application
*Stay abreast of internal organizational changes or business process improvements & make recommendations to adapt SFDC accordingly

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or higher
*Must possess extensive knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com or other SFA equivalent; Project or Product Management experience a plus
*Min 2-3 years related experience with a Business Development/Sales/Marketing Department
*Ability to read, analyze and interpret data and/or financial information
*Data driven and analytical with experience using Excel
*Maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction
*Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of internal clients
*Strong candidates will possess exceptional oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
