The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the Salesforce.com (SFDC) training strategy and program. The Training Manager responsibilities will be the following:
Responsibilities:
Develop SFDC training strategy and program for new and established implementations
Develop communication plan for new implementations and new releases
Execute Train-the-Trainer plan with local business trainers
Develop training curriculum for Informa and assist local trainers in localizing content
Develop SFDC certification program and use On Demand tool to deliver training content
Perform onsite training to sales and marketing users
Participate in multiple implementation projects and collaborate with both local trainers and sales trainers
Assist and communicate in a regular basis with local trainers
Report program progress in a regular basis
Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment
Business acumen including a good sense of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Visio and MS Project
Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
Qualifications:
2+ years experience training and configuring Salesforce.com
