When trying to create a new Force.com project , I am getting a weird error :

Invalid Api version specified on URL

I have tried using Eclipse - Juno and Kepler. I suspect issue might be because of the IDE version 31.0
Have followed every single step provided in the below link

Hello Fellow Developers,

My team had created a huge application which is currently being used by more than 100K customers in Toronto region.

Integration - BizTalk

Other day client has given a task :) stating that they need to migrate atleast few modules into Salesforce.
Where do I start ? If you all out here help me with with few ideas , I will try to work out with my team.
