Can any one please tell how can we change pageblocksection background color.

I am trying the below code.It is not working

.panelWrapper {
    background-color: green;
}
</style>
<apex:outputPanel styleClass="panelWrapper" layout="block">
    <apex:pageBlock title="Hello">
        <apex:pageBlockSection title="pageblocksectionName">

</apex:page>
