Can access to an org be restricted on a mobile device? User should be able to login only from a specific mobile device.

Client needs to restrict the user to be login using mobile device to a specific device. For instance, the client will provide mobile devices to the users and the users can login to Salesforce only from the device which is provided by the client and no other device.

I have two picklists with PK1 dependent on PK2. PK1 values (A,B - A is default). PK2 values (A1,A2,A3 - A1 is default). All values of PK2 are dependent on "A". The issue I am facing is that when I create a new record, PK2 default is not auto selected.
