Can it possible to find out capital letter or small letters for a record in salesforce

Hi,

I have one object as Policy, in that object having policy number field.
in that field upper case and lower case letters are there.So here i want to know how many policy numbers having small letters.
Is it possible in salesforce ?

Inactive user dont show the column in a table

How i can resctrict a Inactive user shoul not able to see the column in a table.

Explanation:

i have one table in vf page and it has 3 columns. one user crated data for this table and the user now inactive.
so now another user open the same record and one column should not appear because of the user inactive.
how i can apporach this.

Getting the error in SOQL query in where condition during checking the date field

I have below two fields are here, RenewalDate__c and Today

I want to checking below code in my where condition, but here i am getting error like unexpected token: '-'
RenewalDate__c- Today <= 31

how i can check this condion ?

Rule criteria based on some time period

Hi,

I want to fire a workflow rule when the time periond 2016 to 2015, so how i can achieve this.

Please suggest.
example: renewaldate= 01-13-2014( workflow not fired)
renewaldate=01-15-2015(workflow fired)

Users are receiving E-Mails for every Large Claims movement when they should only be receiving a Chatter Tracker message for those Claims which they followed.

In the above scenario, only the users are received mails which they follow but here every they also received mails which they didn't follow...
plz explain how to achive this
