Hi Team,

I am getting a no preview available for few documents while when I upload the same document as another user, I am able to see the preview.
Is there a particular reason for this.

I have a lightning web component which adds a new record in the system. And on quit I go the list view. Now since I am in the same tab, when I click on new again I can access the data values I added for the previous record. I would like to know if there is anything I can fire to make the component refresh.
