Location of Open CTI integration

Hi!

We're currently trying to integrate Aircall directly into Salesforce. I would like to know two things:
1/ How to customize the position of the Open CTI iframe on Salesforce? (not only the width/height)
2/ Is there a way to avoid full reload of a Salesforce page during navigation if Open CTI is enabled?
