  Right now we have implemented file upload(upto 10mb) in lightning component using VF page(as an iframe in lightning component) but as we are developing managed package so we have to remove iframe usage(as recommended by Salesforce security team) and use Canvas app in place of iframe. So we are looking into how we can expose VF page inside lightning component using Canvas app.
