Trailhead processing engine is throwing following error, when I am working on "Lightning Experience Specialist" Superbadge Step #4

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The Fulfillment Creation process does not appear to be working properly. Please check that your fulfillment was created with all of the proper field value specified in the requirements.

I completed all steps according to requirement and couldnot find where is the error, Any help is highly appreciated.

Start Process- Only when a record is created

Expedition Leader - Reference -[OpportunityLineItem].Product2.Expedition_Leader_c
Explorer - Reference - [OpportunityLineItem].Explorer_C
Fulfillment Name - Formula -[OpportunityLineItem].Product2.Name + [OpportunityLineItem].Id

I am getting an error in challenger 2 and i am pretty sure all my headers are correct. The error is not really telling me much, can anyone help? thanks
