Hi,
We are creating Opportunties and mapping them to "Contact" / "Company" and "Campaign" (for us Campaign is Event)
We have few Stages while creating any Opportunity i.e. Initial assessment, Needs Analysis, Proposal sent, Contract Received and Declined.

We would like to see the performance of any Campaign, companies w.r.t. opportunities created under them.
This is the very basic Salesforce vanilla functionality we are using, but having few issues:
I had attached all possible screenshots which will highlight the issue more in detail:

What we want is:
AT Event Level:
# Field "Num Total Opportunities": Count of all Opportunities created under this event
# Field "Total Value Opportunities": Sum of all Opportunities Amount created under this event

# Field "Num of Won Opportunities": Count of all Opportunities created under this event having "Stage" = "Contract Received"
# Field "Total Value Won Opportunities": Sum of all Opportunities Amount created under this event having "Stage" = "Contract Received"

Question 1: Are the fields given by Salesforce (Num Total Opportunities, Num of Won Opportunities etc.) can be edited/formula can be put ?
Question 2: If NOT, can these fields be hidden? SO that I will create 4 custom fields to solve the requirement.
Question 3: I had created a custom formula field under Campaign and tried to put the formula, but unable to fetch "Opportunity Stage" and unable to fetch the SUM formula.

I will highly appreciate if a kind soul can help me as the Vendor dealing with us is unable to help here.

Thanks,
Siddharth

I had already dropped this issue earlier, but didnt got the resolution.

While creating a new Opportunity, there are few vanilla fields i.e. "Close Date", "Probability" as static in system.
We can not make modifications in these fields.
"Probability": We don't need this field in system at all as it's not fitting as per business culture - It has to be removed.
"Close Date": It should not be mandatory,
Although we had created a workflow which will automatically populate "Close Date" as system date depending on an another field "Stage".

While creating a new opportunity it should not be mandatory at all.

We are using "Professional Edition" with Workflows and APIs as Add-ons.
Kindly let me know if this can be done if i can purchase anything?
I just need resolution here, as users are facing challenges and this effects our complete “Sales Pipeline”User-added image

We have to preserve the workflow to auto-populate "Close Date" only once "Stage" is "Value-1" or "Value-2"
While creating a new opportunity it should not be mandatory at all.

There is a limitation of merging only 3 accounts or 3 contacts in single go.
In my scenario: I have total of 280,000 records which contains duplicate records as well.
In total unique records count should be only 45K.
There is a lot of manual activity we have to follow while merging duplicate Accounts to a single unique account as we can merge at max 3 accounts at a time. i.e. for 800 duplicate records I have to perform same activity around 600 times.

I can not delete all accounts from Salesforce and export them to excel and do the modification on excel, as I have a complex hierarchy as 1 Account having multiple contacts (with all fields), again one contact is mapped to multiple Campaigns.
Exporting all such fields and hierarchy in excel is not possible and again on excel we have to perform lot of manual efforts.

Kindly fix the limitation of merging more than 3 accounts at a time.
Any suggestions/tool help is appreciated as we are facing challenges to simplify this task.
Call me in case of any issues.

Thanks,
Siddharth
