I'm Sys Admin with permissions in both production and sandbox.  Everything seems normal and that it's installing.  I get the messaget that it's taking too long and that I will recieve an email when its complete, but I never receive the email and the app is never installed.  Link to app: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B3MXdEAN

This may seem like an obvious question, but when adding profiles to a changes set, will it only bring over those changes in the profile pertaining to what is in my change set?
 I'm afraid that if I add Profiles to my change set, the entire profile will be overwritten with changes in sandbox that have nothing to do with what I'm trying to deploy to production.
