Has anyone run into this? In Developer Edition these links/buttons are clickable but don't do anything and no error message. I can add things but cannot remove, delete, or activate ANYTHING (includes object records). If I inadvertently changed something, I should at least get an error message I would think. Help!

I can't complete the Trailhead Approval Process Challenge because the Activate link and button are clickable but don't do anything. I am experiencing the same when trying to delete anything in DE. I can add things but cannot remove, delete, or activate ANYTHING (includes object records). This started last week. Pls Help!!

I believe I did this challenge correctly, saved everything in the proper folders as directed, all named correctly (copy/paste) but its not seeing the dashboard I created??
