Is there a way to run a report that shows which salesforce license each user has?

Unable to access Trailhead

I've already compleated two sections of trailhead; however, now when I go to complete the challenges I keep getting an error messag saying I need developer edition, which I already have.

Has anyone else experienced these issues? If so how did you resolve the issue?
