The role:
We are currently looking for several Senior Salesforce Developers to join us in our Bella Vista office. Reporting to the Application Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development and support of Kincare's Salesforce implementation.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Involvement in all steps of the development process, including analysis, design, development,
• testing, documentation and implementation
• Troubleshooting of customer integrations, issues with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce and implementation of other Salesforce Apexchange products
• Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication and providing guidance on best practices
• Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support; and
• Participate in project work, including but not limited to; designing and implementing new monitoring and/or reporting tools, and creating or improving existing processes/procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
With a minimum 3 years of Salesforce Development and 5 years CRM platform experience, you will hold Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification and will have strong Salesforce development skills in Configuration, Workflows and Process Builder. You will in addition have solid experience in Salesforce APIs, Apex and Visualforce development.You will have knowledge of XML and Webservices, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being customer focused, you are a team player who is self sufficient and is a quick learner.
