HI All,

I have two Records A  and B of different record types,having a scenario like to share Record  A to Record B.In standard salesforce it is not possible  for B Record to see all fields of Record A,but in my Scenario  if i share  records of different record types i want to see all the fields of another Records.Can any one tell how to achieve this Criteria.

I have User lookup field in opportunity which is manditory,if we save the  opportunity record  with stage='closed won',and selecting one user in User field and now if  we try to edit opportunity record the User lookup field should be read only with the previous value saved .
