css on <apex:inputFile>

Can anyone advise on how to apply css on <apex:inputFile value="{!attach.body}" filename="{!attach.name}" styleClass="fileType" style="align:left"/> so that it can look like a lightning button

I have created a lightning component and I wanted to display it in detail record page of a custom object tab, so for that i drag and dropped the component there.It works in desktop,when i tried in salesforce 1 mobile app that component is not visible.

It workers fine in salesforce lighting but when i tried through salesforce 1 mobile app that component is not visible.Please advise.
