Salesforce team,

Is there a way that I can track the total number of calls/emails for a given contact? For instance there could be a field thats "Number of calls" then the same for emails.

I am somehwat new to salesforce and need some help with creating my Contact View. I have all the filters except for one.

I want to create a view where I can see all the contacts where the "days since last activity" does not have a value becuase there has been no acitivty on the contact. Let me know if you have a solution or if you need any other information to help me out! Thank you so much.
