i've worked through this module and have updated the contact layout but when I click check challenge it can't find my new "phone numbers" section even though I can see it on the screen.  Any suggestions?

Does anyone know what this error message mean?

There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_APPLICABLE_PROCESS, No applicable approval process was found.: []

I've tried logging into Trailhead and it will allow me to log in but it won't let me undertake any challenges it keeps saying log into developer edition.  When I try to sign up again it says that I'm already logged in.  Please can someone tell me how to log into the developer edition.  Thank you.
