when we are generating certfication from nintex drawloop using workflow action(outbound message) but certfication is not attaching to the application.We are checking from salesforce side and there is no issue and when the workflow rule is fired and it's going to generate the certificate but it's not generating.Is there any license expiry or API token expiry from drawloop.Please suggest us how to generate the certificate from drawloop.
