I get the idea of creating multiple app and using oauth flow to authenticate users from different organization to gain access of their data.
Is there a way to create a single app that would allow admin from different organization to install in order for me to access/ manipulate their data through api?

Is there anyway to restrict read-only on a custom field (eg. number/checkbox type) when using through browser but allow changes to be made for that field through API itself?
