We use the Opportunity sales team to trigger a lot of workflow. Can anyone guide me on writing an s-control that would allow a custom object to inherit the Opportunity owner's default sales team?

I am using a field update to record the previous account owner when an ownership change is made, but I can only get it to return the Owner ID, rather than the name. Is there a way to get the Owner name instead? Thanks in advance for your help!

I want to create a custom field to contain the UserID of the person who last changed either of 2 key fields. My attempts have gotten me as far as "ISCHANGED () IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THIS TYPE OF FIELD". Now I'm stuck. Can anyone unstick me?:smileyvery-happy:
