I have 3 questions.

1) Is it possible to set up the trigger for the tag given to each object?

　  I would like to set up a trigger so that today's date may go into a tag when a case is created.

2) If you know XML open source outside XML DOM parser, please let me know.

3) Are there any tips carried out in order to keep low the amount of codes (a maximum of 2,000,000 characters)?

Hello, content delivery is nondisclosure object? I could not find it.
But, I want to use it via Visualforce or Apex. Is it impossible?
